Agent cannot create listings from their profile. Why?

If an agent cannot create listings from their profile, please check the following:

1. 1. Allow adding listings via frontend
   Make sure the agent is allowed to add new listings from their profile.
   Go to Settings → Agent → Enable adding new property via frontend and ensure this option is enabled.
2. 2. Check Subscriptions settings
   Verify whether the Subscriptions feature is enabled.
   Go to Subscriptions → Enable subscriptions.
   If enabled, the agent must have an active subscription to create listings from their profile.
   Disable this feature if you do not plan to use subscriptions.
3. 3. Verify Agent role
   Ensure that the Agent role exists and is properly assigned.
   Some third-party plugins may override user roles and capabilities.
   Go to WordPress → Users, find your agent user, and confirm the correct role is assigned.

Tip: If you recently switched from the Simple version or updated the plugin, role capabilities may require a refresh.
You can safely deactivate and activate the plugin once to ensure all roles and permissions are properly applied.
