📧 Email Settings

The Email Settings section allows you to configure outgoing emails and customize notification templates used across the website.

⚙️ General settings

  • Email logo image — Logo displayed in email templates.
  • Sender email — Email address used to send notifications.
  • Sender name — Name displayed as the sender.
  • Enable FROM email header — Allows emails sent from request forms to appear as if they were sent directly from the user who submitted the form (using their name and email address).

    This option works only if both Name and Email fields are filled in the form. If disabled, the default site email address will be used as the sender.

    Please note that some email providers may restrict or override this behavior for security reasons.

📩 Email templates

Below you can find multiple email templates for different actions (e.g., new listing, saved search, contact requests).

Each template can be enabled or disabled and customized individually.

📌 Example: Listing added by agent

  • Enable email — Turns this notification on or off.
  • Subject — Email subject line.
  • Body — Email content. Supports text, HTML, and dynamic placeholders.

🔑 Dynamic placeholders (tokens)

You can use special tokens to insert dynamic data into email content.

  • - {post_id}
  • - {post_link}
  • - {agent_name}
  • - {admin_permalink}

These values will be automatically replaced when the email is sent.

Note: Each email template works independently, so you can fully customize notifications based on your workflow.
