The plugin allows choosing from available default layout options via Estatik Settings - > Listings - > Default layout for single listing pages:
2. You can also change listings layouts the same way there or you can specify it via shortcodes.
3. Important: single property page can't be changed via page builders either (Elementor or DIVI). You can only use one of the available layouts in settings or customize it via a child theme.
