All you can change in a single property page template via DIVI is the width of content area, add extra sidebars, create custom footer and header areas. You can change Estatik Photo Gallery layouts via the plugin Settings. You can change order of the fields and sections or create new ones via Fields Builder. However, you can't change the content area layout of your property page much.
