Agents support is a feature that is available only in Estatik PRO and Premium versions. Make sure that you don't have Estatik Simple. Also, all the default pages are set up if you don't skip Demo Setup. If you skip Demo Setup, you will need to create this page manually with the help of Estatik Agents Shortcodes.
You need to go to Pages - > Add new page - > and create a page with a shortcode [es_profile].
