๐Ÿ—บ๏ธ Map Settings

The Map Settings section controls how maps are displayed across the website, including API configuration, default positioning, zoom behavior, and marker appearance.

To use Google Maps correctly, you must provide a valid API key.
You can find detailed instructions here:

Available settings:

  • - Google API key
  • - MLS Google API key Premium
  • - Default latitude and longitude
  • - Default zoom level
  • - Single property map zoom level
  • - Enable markers cluster
  • - Marker type (icon or price)
  • - Marker icon and color
  • - Single map marker settings

๐Ÿ”‘ API configuration

  • Google API key โ€” Required to load Google Maps on the website. Without this key, maps will not be displayed.
  • MLS Google API key Premium โ€” Used for MLS integrations requiring a separate Google Maps configuration.

๐Ÿ“ Map positioning

  • Default latitude and longitude โ€” Sets the default center point of the map (used when no specific location is selected).
  • Default zoom level โ€” Defines the zoom level for general map views.
  • Single property map zoom level โ€” Defines the zoom level on individual property pages.

๐Ÿ“Œ Markers

  • Enable markers cluster โ€” Groups nearby markers into clusters for better performance and readability.
  • What to use as map marker? โ€” Choose how markers are displayed:

    • - Icon โ€” standard map pin
    • - Price โ€” displays property price as marker
  • Select icon โ€” Choose the marker icon style.
  • Icon color โ€” Defines the color of the marker icon.

๐Ÿ“ Single marker

  • Use single map marker? โ€” Enables a separate marker style for individual property pages.

    When enabled:

    • - A single marker design is used for all properties
    • - You can configure:
      • - Select icon
      • - Icon color
  • When disabled: ProPremium

    • - Marker appearance can be customized based on property parameters
    • - Additional settings become available:
      • - Default map marker icon
      • - Map markers for (conditions)

Conditional markers: When single marker mode is disabled, you can assign different marker styles depending on property data.

  • - Property category
  • - Property type
  • - Property status
  • - Property label

Each condition allows you to define:

  • - Marker icon
  • - Marker color

Note: Conditional marker rules are applied dynamically. If multiple conditions match, the most specific configuration will be used.

Note: Map appearance and behavior may also depend on your theme and Google Maps API configuration.
