🧩 Acceptance type

  • Checkbox — Requires users to actively confirm agreement before submission.

📄 Pages

  • Terms & Conditions page — Page containing your terms of use.
  • Privacy Policy page — Page describing how user data is handled.

These pages will be automatically linked in the form text if they are selected and published.
