Properties Slideshow Gutenberg Block

2 min read

The Properties Slideshow Gutenberg Block allows you to create an animated property showcase with large images and customizable information overlays directly in the WordPress block editor.
Pro Premium
Available since version 4.3.2

Note: The editor shows only a preview. The final slideshow is rendered on the frontend.

🎞️ How it works

The Properties Slideshow block provides a visual alternative to the [es_properties_slideshow] shortcode.

It displays listings as a fullscreen or content-width slideshow with animated transitions between properties.

Each slide can display selected property information, images, navigation controls, and additional actions.

⚙️ Configuration

All slideshow settings are available through the Inspector panel.

  • Layout — choose the slideshow layout style.
  • Max Height — define the slideshow height using any valid CSS value (for example: 530px, 70vh, 100%).
  • Display Specific Listing(s) by ID — display only selected properties by entering their IDs separated by commas.
  • Side — choose whether property information is displayed on the left or right side.

🎛️ Behaviour settings

  • Autoplay — automatically switch between slides.
  • Show Arrows — display previous and next navigation arrows.
  • Enable Wishlist — show wishlist functionality for displayed listings.
  • Enable Progress Bar — display slideshow progress indicator.
  • Progress Bar Position — control where the progress bar is displayed.
  • Ignore Search — exclude search parameters and display listings according to block settings only.

📝 Property fields

The Fields to Show option allows you to control which property information is displayed inside the slideshow content area.

For example, you may display:

  • Title
  • Address
  • Price
  • Labels
  • Price notes
  • Other available property fields

Fields should be entered as a comma-separated list.

🎯 When to use

  • To create a hero section on the homepage.
  • To showcase featured properties with large images.
  • To build landing pages focused on selected listings.
  • When working with Gutenberg and avoiding shortcode usage.

Tip: Combine autoplay, progress bar, and selected property fields to create a modern real estate showcase section for your homepage.
