🔗 URL Slug Settings
The URL Slug Settings section allows you to customize how property-related pages and taxonomies appear in your website URLs.
A slug is the part of the URL that identifies a specific page or category in a readable format.
📌 Example
If your property slug is set to:
property
Then a property page URL will look like:
https://yourwebsite.com/property/modern-house
If you change it to:
listing
The URL will become:
https://yourwebsite.com/listing/modern-house
⚙️ What can be customized
You can modify slugs for different property-related structures, including:
- - Property pages
- - Property categories
- - Property types and statuses
- - Features, amenities, and other taxonomies
Important: After changing slugs, you must save permalinks in WordPress settings (Settings → Permalinks) to apply the changes.
Tip: Use short and clear slugs for better SEO and user-friendly URLs.
