To set up Hot Property widget like it is used on demo site, you can add the widget to Bottom Wide Sidebar. Type there its title and select a listing from a drop-down field which will show you all listings entered into Estatik plugin.
You can also determine there on which pages this widget should be displayed. Click Save to make it published and saved.
