Estatik 4.0 OUT!

We've finally done it! Our Estatik Major 4.0 is out! With its numerous new features and absolutely new interface, it’s become more flexible and powerful. So what’s new in this long-awaited Estatik 4.0 release? Let’s make a short review!

What's new?

1. Absolutely new design and interface. This is what you’ve already definitely noticed. We’re sure you will like it as it’s become cleaner, more trendy and user-friendly. Just have a look at this new demo website.
2. Agents were enhanced by Agencies. Now you can create multiple agencies and assign agents to agencies or assign listings to agencies directly. Besides, now you can search for agents and agencies!
3. User profile upgraded. With 4.0 version user's profile interface looks more professional and your website visitors will love using it!
4. Interactive Map Search. This is what we really needed to add a long time ago. To keep pace with time and today’s real estate market, map search based on ajax technology is one of the most desired tools among agents. Just change your filters on one side and get instantly updated listings on the map on another!
5. Compare feature. Keep your buyers even longer on your website and allow them to weigh up basic or specific features of multiple properties. Admin can adjust Compare table according to his website's needs.
6. Leads management. Now agents will have all requests directly in their profiles. They will be able to reply, archive and add private notes about every single request. Take advantage of it and become more effective.
7. One-time payment method added. You've asked about it numerous times and we've accomplished it! Now it's up to you and agents if they want to subscribe to plan or pay once per listing.
And it’s not all. You will find a lot of new significant features and minor improvements which will make your WordPress real estate website even more flexible and reliable.

Which Themes does 4.0 ver. support?

Estatik 4.0 supports Estatik Realtor Theme. It will also support other Estatik Portal Theme and some others. As this release contains significant changes in code, we're still working on integration with the rest of Estatik Themes.

However, Estatik 4.0 version works smoothly with Elementor and other page builders. Its demo website that you can check out here is built entirely on Elementor theme and page builder.
