1. Install and activate DIVI theme. Then go to Theme Options - > and make sure that Post Type Property support is enabled.
2. Navigate to DIVI menu - > Theme Builder and click on Add new template:
3. In Template Settings select All Property:
4. You will get a new DIVI Property Template saved:
5. Now you need to click on 'Build Custom Body' :
Select the first option - Build From Scratch and select a preferrable Layout:
6. Please search Estatik Single Page module and add it. Click Save.
Now you can add any other modules to this template. Please note that the core body of a single property layout can't be changed. However, Estatik 4.x is rather flexible and customizable itself.
